Agency Surrogacy Agreement
  • This is the legal foundation of your journey, ensuring that both the Intended Parents (IPs) and the agency are protected and clear on their responsibilities.
  • Agreement details the eligible program for the IPs, cost breakup and scope of work handled and not handled by the agency.
  • This step locks in the financial structure to prevent "hidden costs." The contract will outline specific milestones that triggers the payment.
  • You will receive a transparent breakdown of costs, including our fees, surrogate compensation, clinic costs, and legal/documentation fees.
  • The agreement takes contingency planning very seriously to safeguard IPs interests in case of complexities like medical complication during Pregnancy, multiple births (Twins), C-section, changes in local surrogacy laws or international travel restrictions.
  • The agency sends the agreement for your review; once finalized, you can sign it via Power of Attorney (POA) or by visiting the office in Tbilisi to sign in person before a notary.
Surrogate Match
  • Before a surrogate even appears in the database you see, we have already completed an extensive vetting process.
  • We liaise with Medical Clinic to screen the potential Surrogate Mother for Medical History, Psychological Evaluation, Lifestyle and Background.
  • We start sending you potential Surrogate Mother profile, discuss with you and align your preferences (e.g., communication frequency during pregnancy) with potential Surrogate Mother.
  • We liaise with the clinic to arrange for Surrogate Mother logistics need, bridge the language gap in explaining the medical reports and translating the communication with the clinic and the Surrogate Mother.
  • Once the Surrogate Mother profile is finalized we legalize the match by drafting Surrogacy Agreement in Georgian, Surrogate Mother Local Language and IPs local language, get it notarized and apostilled. We send the Surrogacy Agreement draft version to IPs for review before we notarize and apostille the document in Georgia.
Pregnancy Confirmation
  • Once pregnancy is confirmed, our role shifts from "matchmaker" to "guardian of the journey." We act as your eyes and ears on the ground in Georgia, ensuring the health of the surrogate and the baby while keeping you connected across borders.
  • We liaise with Medical Clinic and translate complex medical data into clear updates for you, often providing photos and videos of the scans.
  • We handle the complex financial logistics so you don't have to talk about money with the Surrogate Mother. We will pay directly to the Surrogate Mother for her monthly stipend for food, clothing, and wellness.
  • We will setup the account for you and reimburse the agreed costs to the Clinic and Pharmacies directly from the funds held in your program account.
  • We will manage the delivery of small gifts or letters if you wish to send them to the Surrogate Mother.

  • Around the 6th or 7th month, we start working with you to advise you when to book your flights to Tbilisi.
Baby Delivery
  • We act as your representative to ensure you are present at the hospital for the birth (or immediately after) and that you have access to your baby in a private room.
  • We communicate with Pediatricians to provide you with real-time updates on the baby’s health, and discharge requirements.
  • We manage the Surrogate’s postpartum care and ensuring her discharge process is handled with dignity and respect.
  • We will assist in scheduling the baby’s first and following check-ups and vaccinations with English-speaking doctors.
Legal Paperwork Assistance
  • When the baby is delivered, our role reaches its most critical phase. This is where we transition from medical coordination to legal and parental empowerment, ensuring you are recognized as the sole parents and can safely travel home.
  • We file the necessary paperwork so that only the Intended Parent's names appear on the original Georgian birth certificate. The surrogate mother is not mentioned as a parent.
  • We will work towards obtaining the final notarized "relinquishment" or confirmation documents from the surrogate mother that are required for your specific Embassy.
  • We provide you with constant advise on exit process by providing the "paper trail" of the surrogacy journey that your government needs to grant the baby citizenship. At the moment we are familiar with only Australian paperwork needed to get Australian citizenship by descent and passport.
  • Our role officially concludes only when you have the travel document in hand. We provide a final transport to the airport, marking the end of the professional journey and the beginning of your life as a family.
